Overview of the Senior Accountant role:

• This Assistant Controller role reports directly to the Controller
• Work directly with Controller on all accounting and auditing functions
• Budget and financial operating reporting preparation
• Need to have multi-family dwelling and/or senior living experience
• Responsible for the monthly close process and preparation of financial statements to internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
• 5+ years experience
• Healthcare experience (+)
• CPA or CPA eligible preferred
