Commercial Construction Project Manager Full-time Job

A well established and growing construction company with sites throughout Florida is looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager. At least 3 years of prior experience with large scale commercial construction experience, particularly with Hospitality, Multifamily, Assisted Living &/or Medical facilities is required. We are looking for someone who has the desire to grow long term within the company.

DUTIES
-Developing logical, cost effective budgets and schedules for completing projects
-Track & control the project budget and schedule to ensure the project stays within budget and on schedule
-Choose, coordinate and manage subcontractors throughout the entire project
-Monitor the progress of contractors
-Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure all regulations are followed
-Supervise assist project managers & additional subordinate supervisors
-Address any reported issues and correct any violations or other reported issues
-Report to owners and architects the progress of the project and any necessary adjustments/modifications that need to be made

DESIRED
-Bachelors degree in Construction Management or similar course of study
-Over 3 years of previous commercial project management experience particularly with Hotels, Assisted Living Faculties, & Multi-Family Units

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year
