Caregiver Full-time Job

Seagrass Village of Fleming Island is a luxurious Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Fleming Island, Florida. Seagrass Village of Fleming Island offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

We are seeking to hire an exceptional Caregiver for this community. In the role of a Caregiver, you will provide excellent direct care to our residents on a daily basis. The Caregiver will attend to all the daily living needs of residents; assistance with ADL’s, meal service, light housekeeping, and laundry while encouraging resident independence; ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents in accordance with company procedures and standard. Perform various other resident-focused tasks as assigned.

Shift for Caregiver: 7am-7pm

Rate of Pay: Starting at $13.00 per hour depending on experience

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
