Caregiver Full-time Job

Heron Club at Prestancia islocated in Sarasota, FL is seeking compassionate and qualified candidates for the position of Resident Associate Caregiver. Our senior living community provides a warm and welcoming home environment for our residents. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals with a passion and drive to provide exceptional care for our residents while maintaining a family-oriented environment.

The RA Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily care services to our residents. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, and dependable. Must enjoy working with our greatest generation, and committed to providing exceptional care while demonstrating our core values of the "Three C's" - Character, Commitment, and Compassion. "

Rate of Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for select shifts. $2 for second shift and $3 for overnight shifts

Full-Time. 8 hour and 12 shifts available

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
