The Heron Club of Prestancia is a luxurious Assistant Living and Memory Care community located in Sarasota, Florida and we are currently hiring Caregivers. The Heron House Club of Prestancia offers the finest senior living experience that encourages an active and healthy lifestyle for our seniors.

Heron Club at Prestancia is seeking compassionate and qualified candidates for the position of Caregiver. Our senior living community provides a warm and welcoming home environment for our residents. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals with a passion and drive to provide exceptional care for our residents while maintaining a family-oriented environment.

The Caregiver will be responsible for providing daily care services to our residents. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, and dependable. Must enjoy working with our greatest generation, and committed to providing exceptional care while demonstrating our core values of the "Three C's" - Character, Commitment, and Compassion. "

Rate of Pay for Caregivers: Starting at $15.00 per hour depending on experience. Competitive shift differential for select shifts. $2 for second shift and $3 for overnight shifts

Full-Time. 8 hour and 12 shifts available

Requirements

Education/Experience:

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Must have attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
• Must successfully pass a Level 2 background screening.
