TrustCare Nurse Registry is seeking an experienced private duty home care Caregiver Document coordinator/ registrar and scheduler for our Broward Office (Lauderhill). Experience in home health would be a plus but not required. We will train. General office equipment familiarity and computer experience is a must.
We are hiring a professional, flexible, and reliable Caregiver Liaison. This role is a multi-functional position, primarily focused on maintaining all caregiver files, recruitment & orientation of caregiver’s documentation, compliance and fulfillment, expiration dates, scanning docs into computer and maintaining hard copy files. The position also requires scheduling caregivers for placement on cases. If you are familiar with HR procedures, Excel, and Word this would be a plus. You must be high energy, poised, confident and eager to learn.

We also require someone who is open to learning new technology as our registry is integrating towards an all-digital environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Initiating contact with prospective Independent Contractor Caregivers
- Registering / Contracting Documentation / Orientation / Software and Hard file maintenance
- Review caregivers’ documentation, Overall expectation, and company orientation
- Develop work schedules by allocating caregivers in shifts and positions
- Assume responsibility for timekeeping and time off requests
- Assisting Scheduling all new and existing clients.
- Manage the sometimes difficult and last-minute pressures of scheduling and matching caregivers to client schedules
- De-escalate client/caregiver problems and concerns via phone or in-person
- Independently and actively increase your knowledge of home health regulations
- Provide a helpful, supportive environment to all our caregivers and clients
- Provide backup support for other areas of agency operations as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner
- Support contractor candidate screening and registering process

Attending college / College Degree / High School Graduate or equivalent professional work experience required. Prior health care or home health agency experience would be a plus.
Bilingual would be a plus but not required (English / Spanish or Creole)
Job type – Part time Wednesday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00 (Days possibly flexible, 3 days minimum per week)
