QUALIFICATIONS

· COMPASSION and a DESIRE TO HELP the elderly, the sick, and their families

· Current CNA license or HHA certificate

· Previous experience in home healthcare is REQUIRED

· Social Security Card

· Current CPR Card

· Level II background check required

· Health statement from the last 6 months

· Tuberculosis tests: PPD or Chest X-Ray

· Certificate from an Alzheimer’s 2-hour course

· Certificate from an HIV/AIDS/OSHA course

· Certificate from an Assistance with Self-Administration of Medicine course

. Palm Beach County ID Badge

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to lift forty (40) pounds. Moving, lifting or transferring of patients. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, stoop, stretch, twist, sit, and reach.
