Assistant Director of Nursing - Skilled Full-time Job

Now seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing – Skilled Nursing!

• $33+ per hour (experience based).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule in a 24-hour operation including weekends as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Designing and implementing nursing systems ensuring both consistent and quality delivery of care.
• Wound Care and Infection Control oversight.
• Overseeing the facility’s antibiotic stewardship program.
• Providing leadership support to the healthcare management team.
• Overseeing and participating in the selection, hiring, training, and scheduling of direct care staff.
• Advancing your nursing and administrative skills by working in a fast-paced community.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Valid Florida RN License.
• Possess an interest and compassion for older adults.
• Problem solving & customer service skills.
• Managerial experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Senior Living community.
