Sous Chef/Line Cook Full-time Job

We're seeking talented Sous Chef/Line Cook candidates to join our team at Heron East Assisted Living, located in Sarasota, FL. The chosen Cook candidate will join a team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional services in our upscale senior living environment. Our residents' dining experience is a top priority, and our culinary team is committed to our Artful Dining program and elevating the dining culture at our community.

As a Cook, the incumbent will work closely with community Chef to plan, prepare and manage daily meal service. Duties as a Cook include preparing and serving meals for our residents, assisting with inventory and ordering of food/non-food supplies, maintain a kitchen environment that promotes safety and proper hygiene in accordance to established policies and procedures.

Requirements

The ideal team member will have a passion for cooking and enjoy working with senior citizens. Position requires dependability, respect and the ability to work in a service driven team environment.
