RN/LPN (Home Health) Full-time Job

Outstanding Health Network specializing in rehabilitative care located just outside of Jacksonville, Florida is seeking full-time, permanent Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses to join their Home health team! Great benefits and Flexible scheduling!

Pay Per Visit :

(LPN) $32 per visit

(RN) $95 initial visit ; $42 for every visit after

Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Opportunity:
-Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation at a patient's home

-1 ON 1 care with patients, truly no other opportunity like this to prioritize patients
-Pay per visit, very lucrative format of pay. Can work/earn as much as you'd like!

Schedule: Dependent on your caseload/workload

-Full time, direct hire opportunity

-Day shift (8 - 10 - 12 hour shifts)

Licensed Practical Nurse and Registered Nurse Requirements:

-Must have a valid LPN or RN license

-BLS Preferred
