Physical Therapist Assistant / PTA - PRN - Home Health - Full case load Full-time Job

Axiom Rehab is Seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for Home Health.

Axiom Rehab provides Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy in a home health and outpatient setting. We are also first in Lymphedema Management and education. AxiomRehab is dedicated to providing a comfortable environment where both patients and employees can THRIVE!

Responsibilities:
Our Physical Therapist Assistants treat patients with physical impairments with the goal of improving mobility and function, independent self-care, as well as other skills necessary for daily living. These services are performed in accordance with the physician’s orders, the home health agency directives and the established plan of care from the supervising therapist.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license, valid professional license
• Must possess FL automobile liability insurance and registration
• Must have a current physical stating you are clear of transmittable diseases
• Must possess current 2 step PPD , Chest X-ray or Quantiferon gold blood test
• Must be willing to adhere to COVID testing requirements as outlined by state and industry standard

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
