Mobile Physician Services is seeking a full-time Intake Coordinator to join our growing team of passionate medical professionals. The Intake Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
- Educating potential patients and their caregivers on the services offered by Mobile Physician Services, policies, and billing requirements.
- Admits new patients after gathering patient records, and medical histories, and verifying insurance information
- Assist new patients in completing admissions paperwork
- Answer patient inquiries in a timely and knowledgeable manner
- Maintain HIPPA confidentiality and data safekeeping

Our team provides Primary Care, Wound Management, Podiatry, Pain Management, Palliative Care, Psychiatric Care, and Optometry to individuals who would otherwise not be able to receive care. Our providers visit the patients in their homes in over 23 counties within the state of Florida and the Dayton, OH area.
