Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-time Job

Trinity Springs, a new 150-unit senior living community in Oxford, FL, is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. For your time and dedication, you are eligible to earn up to $5,000 for a Sign and Stay bonus.

There are Part-Time and Full-Time benefit eligible positions available.

PT Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am
FT Hours: 11:00 am - 7:00pm

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsibilities:

• Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care for assisted living and memory care residents.
• Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software (ResiDex).
• Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills and requirements:

• Must have a current Florida LPN license and be in good standing.
• Experience in Assisted Living preferred.
• Knowledge of FL assisted living AHCA regulations.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
