-Schedulers will serve as the coordinator for scheduling services for our clients, often between Clients and Caregivers.

-Schedulers must listen to the needs of the person requesting the services in order to match them with a caregiver for their needs and maintain their schedule on going.

-They should be professional and must have the ability to manage multiple calls between clients, caregivers and case managers.

-A good Scheduler can determine the priority of patients’ needs to determine when an immediate slot should be found or if a client can come in based on the current schedule.

-Schedulers also manage cancellations, schedule changes, restaffing and finding the best alternatives for all involved.

· Answer phone calls and emails, greeting patients and prospective patients and go over care needs and schedules

· Maintain clients schedule - Update schedules, matching between clients and caregivers

· Liaise and coordinate with health care professionals about schedules, patients and any changes

· Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.

Job Type: Part Time Weekends and some nights

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Weekend: Saturday and Sunday 9am-5:30pm and sometimes 1 night during the week as needed from 5:30pm to 9am.
