Touching Hearts at Home is seeking Exceptional Caregivers (CarePartners) to provide personal one-on-one care for the elderly and disabled and to help put the “heart” into home care.

All qualified candidates must be able to do the following:

• Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you are available to pick up hours and serve our clients regularly
• Communicate effectively and regularly to Touching Hearts at Home office staff
• Assist seniors and adults with activities of daily living (Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, internet, FaceTime and Zoom, Housework to include light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry
• Assistance the client with driving (in the client's car or your vehicle), accompaniment to doctors appointments or to leisure activities
• Must be compassionate, caring, empathetic and exceptional (have high expectations for yourself and your performance)
• Attention to detail to notice changes in client health, appearance, and behavior
• Must have exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• Provide personalized care according to the customized CarePlans
• Assist clients to be safe, happy and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call home!

We offer competitive pay depending on experience and certifications, AND flexible scheduling based on the hours of availability that YOU decide! We have nights, weekends, 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, overnights, and holidays (with holiday pay) available. We are hiring professional & compassionate caregivers with at least two years of demonstrated experience. Requirements of the position: Driver’s license, auto insurance, your own reliable transportation, CPR card (with BLS), state required Alzheimer's and dementia training and 2-hour HIV& AIDS certificate.

All qualified candidates must complete a successful background check and drug test. All CarePartners must perform at an exceptionally high level with the highest regard for compassionate personalized care and integrity.
