We are looking for a Caregiver/Home Health Aide to assist patients with day-to-day activities and to help maintain their comfort and safety. LOOKING FOR 3-11 SHIFT AVAILABILITY!
Staff will be required to oversee daily ADL's, assist clients with showers, feedings/meal prep and toileting.
Staff will be required to complete light housekeeping (laundry, bed making, light dusting)
Staff will be required to go on community outings/Doctor's visits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food and light housekeeping chores, as well as perform safety checks in the home.
- Document notes in APD system and clock in and out via system provided
- Monitor the health and hygiene of client, including monitoring blood pressure, body weight and skin and fluid intake levels.
- Know how to use a Hoyt-lift or similar
- Handle any queries or complaints from clients or family members.
- Keep supplies stocked so that they are easily accessible to staff, with routine orders delivered to the home.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
