Senior Nannies is a Home Health Registry/Agency in the business of providing patients in their homes with thousands of our Caregivers and Nurses from our 12 offices throughout the state of Florida.
RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE: Process, complete and save and enter timesheets/nursing visit notes submitted by Caregivers for sevices performed. (Data Entry)
Contact Caregivers by phone to confirm work shifts and assist with Caregiver Mobile App Compliance (Phone Etiquette)
Follow up internally with Care Coordinators regarding scheduling & authorization discrepancies. (Attention to Detail)
Complete Pre-Billing Process for Weekly invoicing-Senoir Nannies business unit process (match), scan, submit, & notate weely invoice submission for the Senior Nannies business unit. (Admin)
Process & Complete requests from Accounts Receivable team regarding submission/pre-submission of outsanding invoices.
Process Invoices & Payments for Clients with Special Handling instructions, ie outside of the normal processing.
Escalate billing issues/discrepancies to Management for correction as needed.
Special Projects- Documents audits, assist management in putting files together for audit.
